Our family had a wonderful experience with this agency while caring for my dad during his Alzheimer's journey. From the early stages of his diagnosis until it was time for him to transition to memory care, they consistently provided compassionate, respectful, and reliable care. One of the things we appreciated most was their focus on helping my dad maintain his independence for as long as possible. They treated him with dignity at every stage, took the time to understand his needs, and adjusted their care as those needs changed over time.
From the very beginning, Jina, my main contact at Alice Home Care, was terrific to work with. She understood what we were trying to do with my parents’ care and worked with us to set it up. She’s extremely responsive, thorough, personable and extremely knowledgeable about using longterm care insurance to help defray costs. (The cost for caregivers provided by Alice Home Care is on par with other local home care agencies.) Perhaps more importantly, the caregivers were very capable and experienced. We’d use the services of Alice Home Care again in a heartbeat (no pun intended).
