Love love my session with Sharon......it's really calming and fun ❤️

I’ve had the pleasure of having two sessions with Sharon from Align Me earlier last week, followed by the kinetic stretching session she led for A Mothers Village last Friday. I’m so grateful I got to experience her sessions personally and share her with our community! Sharon brings such a warm, calming presence. Her patience and thoughtful guidance make taking time for yourself feel comfortable and worthwhile. As mothers, we spend so much time caring for everyone else, and having that space to pause, stretch, and give ourselves some attention was truly special.

Miss Sharon is simply wonderful! From the very first interaction, she has been nothing but kind, supportive, and encouraging. I had seen several testimonials about AlignMe and finally took the leap and decided to join and I am so glad I did. It’s a safe space where Miss Sharon patiently walks you through each movement to ensure that with time, your body does exactly what it was meant to all along. After the first two trial sessions, I already feel the shift and am excited to continue the journey towards health and wellness.
