Google Reviews
This business is only for selling hearing aids. I said I would not be able to buy hearing aids as I was moving from the city. I did however have a question I needed answered and after two attempts at leaving messages with the receptionist my call was never returned. Quite a disappointment because I thought they were more than just a business with a product
I have been wearing aids since I was fifteen months old. I have gone to the same audiology office for 18 years, and they recently closed. I was frantic calling around to other offices to see a new audiology office, both because I was having an issue with a hearing aid and also because I wanted to establish care. I called a couple of offices who were extremely rude, not empathetic, and were telling me that they could not get me in to see me about my issue for a week or more. I called Associated Hearing Professionals (Clayton Office) and was immediately met with kindness, empathy, and urgency.
We are very please to post a 5 star review for Associated Hearing Professionals. Dr. Tina Daher McWhorter, Audiologist has been very thorough with my husband's hearing problems and new hearing aides (Starkey). She sees him until he is very pleased with his new aides, answering all questions. She wants him (and his wife) to be happy with his new aides. Also the office staff has been very thorough with appointments, and questions.
