Erin is a very competent, relatable, and experienced therapist who specializes in sleep-related issues. As a fellow clinician, Erin has helped me better understand the critical role sleep plays in mental health—not only when sleep itself is the primary concern, but also as an underlying factor or symptom in many other struggles clients face. Her insight, knowledge, and practical approach have been incredibly valuable, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for support in Asheville.

I jokingly say that Erin is the “sleep whisperer”. (A term I absolutely think she should copyright). Every client I have sent to her has had pretty complicated sleep issues and she has gotten those clients to a point of not needing meds and being able to get restful full nights of sleep. Highly recommend!

My 18-year-old son was really struggling with sleep - staying up late, in part because he had developed a lot of anxiety about the difficulty he had falling asleep, and then feeling exhausted and out of sync during the day. It was a terrible cycle that impacted his mood, his motivation, and overall well-being. My son found Erin extremely knowledgeable and compassionate - such a wonderful mix in a counselor. She took the time to really understand what was going on beneath the surface rather than just offering quick fixes.
