They care about getting you in to get your money, then you can never get a hold of anyone. Very disappointed. I wish I could leave a negative stars. Do better bff team
First things first: My appointment for consultation was made for 1035, I arrived a few minutes early, but by 1145, I was still eaiting to see the provider. 100% unacceptable for a medical business that has no medical emergencies. In an urgent care, even a regular family practice, sure, but there is no valid excuse in this type of practice. I guarantee if I had shown up over an hour late they would have told me to kick rocks. I should send them a bill to compensate me for my waated time.
I was a member here, paying a monthly fee for my hormone pellet insertions (about $390 each) plus my progesterone refills. About six months before moving out of California, I told staff I'd be leaving the state. No one mentioned I needed to submit written notice to cancel — I only found out on my last day, and was charged an extra month as a result. I asked to at least receive my final progesterone refill ($99) before losing access, and was told yes, but could not get it right there but as long as I named a friend to pick it up since I'd be out of state.
