We focus on traditional Thai massage techniques but include western methods as well. Our aim is to create a relaxing environment free from stress where healing can take place. We have experience teaching and practicing Thai massage in Thailand at the prestigious Wat Po school of massage, who's techniques date back 2,500 years ago to the time of Buddha. Others on our staff have experience in the northern Thai Lanna style of massage, which includes walking massage. These styles focus on energy lines radiating throughout the body and manipulating those lines to relieve muscle tightness. This includes the use of thumbs, hands, elbows, knees and feet as well as Thai stretching methods if necessary.
