Completely disappointed with the service provided by Fairmont Hospice during the final days of my husband Paul’s life. One of the reasons we accepted their services was because they told us they had Spanish-speaking staff, but not a single person spoke Spanish. During one of the most difficult moments of our lives, communication was extremely hard and stressful because no one could properly communicate with our family in our language.

Yemi, Assessment Nurse was fabulous. Professional, explained everything and took her time showing how to take care of my husband's needs

This is a HORRIBLE hospice that treats dying like a business and nothing else. The nurse assigned to our family was Joy and she was rude and refused to provide a continuous care after a loved one was sent home from a hospital in a critical condition to die. Joy came to evaluate within 24 hours of the hospital discharge, she pronounced "a complete recovery", and "no crisis care needed". She refused to discuss her decision, so I called the Director of Nursing, who then told me that "dying is not a crisis. Everybody is going to die, including you".
