I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Rufina Yakubov. I came in with a hearing loss concern and she assisted me through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The office is beautiful and clean. In addition, front desk receptionist Alyssa is wonderful & kind. Overall, a great experience.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me adjust to my hearing aids, and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Her expertise and attention to detail made a huge difference in my hearing and overall quality of life.
I had worn hearing aids before, but my experience completely changed after being fit with new AI hearing aids by Dr. Rufina Yakubov at Fifth Avenue Hearing. The difference is incredible. Everything sounds sharper and clearer, and background noise is no longer overwhelming. The comfort is also a huge improvement. I can wear them all day without even thinking about it. Dr. Yakubov really takes the time to get everything just right.
