Herbal Nails & Spa at The Preserve - Chino

I chose this place because of the reviews, went in for gel manicures and pedicures. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly but when it comes to gel manicures and pedicures I would choose elsewhere. The manicures were done Thursday evening, by Sunday my mom’s right hand had half peeled and now mine are lifting and peeling the following Tuesday. I paid for full manicures, with an add on of gel (that I denied and was pressured into getting) and it seems like they skipped the manicure part and went straight to the gel polish. Would not recommend this place for gel services.

This was my first time here and the lady who did my nails was in a bad mood the whole time. At 7 days my hard gel was already chipping. I called and they told me to come in. I came in at 11 days (since I work) and they told me they only fixed nails within 10 days. She said she could give me 25% off a new set. Their hard gel is already $65 that would still cost $50. Anyways my hard gel usually last me 5 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I just had the BEST experience at Herbal Nails & Spa! Everything from the service to the little extras made my visit feel so special. Cindy was absolutely amazing! She took such extra care with my pedicure and truly went above and beyond. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and the results were exceptional. Jackie did my nails and was incredible as well. She stays up to date with the newest techniques, takes her time, and pays attention to every detail. My nails turned out beautiful! And I have to mention the delicious Vietnamese coffee—such a treat!
