Finding the right place for my Mom was difficult. I am so happy she is here. She tells me all the time everyone is so nice, she loves the food and most of all her room. I feel so blessed to have my Mom in the wonderful place. Thank you so much Ivy.
Negligence Led to Tragedy I am beyond devastated and outraged by the utter disregard for safety protocols at this establishment. My father, a vulnerable elderly man, contracted COVID-19 and tragically passed away after visiting your facility. It was evident that staff and management did not take basic precautions seriously—mask-wearing was inconsistent, social distancing was non-existent, and sanitization was clearly inadequate.
Amber is THE shinning star in the Reminiscences area at Sunrise. Her heart pours into the residents and their families too; she definitely has found her calling! Her energy is light-hearted and fun. She is knowledgable about her work environment and motivated to provide only the best for Sunrise's elderly! I take pride in knowing that my 100year old Granddad is well cared for by Amber.
