My mom lived to be 97 1/2 at Ivy Park with absolutely premier care! The staff at every level are warm and friendly and caring. As she needed more and more medical care, Her needs were met in a loving fashion. My family and I got to know residence and staff alike who all felt like family to us as she lived there. The activities were great! The inclusion of family was appreciated in different events as well as keeping us informed. Because of all this, her best friend is living there now. I can’t say enough about it.
What stands out most is how they go above and beyond. They notice the small things, follow through on requests, and communicate openly, so families never feel left guessing. Residents are treated with dignity and warmth, Ivy Park is lucky to have J.R. and Mary, and the community they help build,Beyond 5 stars without hesitation.
