Ivy Park at Otay Ranch

As longtime residents of Otay Ranch, we have always regarded Ivy Park as a beautiful and welcoming community. When it was time to choose care for my 89-year-old mother, Ivy Park was our first choice. After our initial call, a tour was scheduled, but what stood out most was the time Tammy took beforehand to learn about our needs, listen to our concerns, and understand what mattered most to us. We are deeply grateful for her expertise and guidance.

Was looking for a place for my husband and never had the experience of doing this. From the time I walked in the door I had a very comfortable feeling. After being shown around the facility by the director, Tammy, I knew it was the right place for him. Surprisingly, he has said the same thing to me after we left. From the facility to the staff that worked there it felt like home already. I had visited several other assisted living facilities before checking Ivy Park out but we knew this was the place for him. As time goes on, I would even consider staying myself.

I scheduled and attended a tour here with Tammy and it was such an amazing, smooth, and comfortable experience. Searching and transitioning a loved one into assisted living is not easy, it can very scary and overwhelming. I’ve toured a few facilities with high recommendations, but they did not compare to Ivy Park. Pulling up to the parking lot, we even have a reserved parking spot as well as welcome signs for our tour. When I first walked in, the space felt very inviting and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were very kind. The tour was very detailed and Tammy was very thorough.
