We are so grateful for the experience we’ve had with Ivy Park at Playa Vista. Moving my mom into Memory Care was a big decision for our family, and from the very beginning, everyone made us feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Wendy, the Marketing Director, was so warm and welcoming when she showed me around the community. Maya, the Memory Care Director, and Malia, the Health and Wellness Director, were both incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable with my mom’s care. Olga and Johanna were also wonderful.

EDIT June, 2026: Ivy Park has careened downhill over the last few months. The staff still remains wonderful, but the problem is that Ivy Park is understaffed. They're bringing in more residents but not hiring the support staff to meet those needs. More and more I'm finding my mother sitting in her own urine and excrement, her bed smelling of the same, unmade. I hope management is willing to hire more staff to meet the demand for it, because I've become deeply disappointed. Having said that, I remain pleased with the staff, who are wonderful people. I just wish they had more help.
