From the start I was so impressed with Shari the owner, and her incredible team of instructors. They bring fun, energy and intention to every class - not to mention great music! I've found fantastic fitness support and a super welcoming community here. I'd highly recommend it!
Jazzercise Lakewood Ranch: The Most Effective Therapy for Body and Mind! A year and a half ago, I was forced to face the sudden loss of my eldest daughter. My world was shattered, and my light, spirit, and sense of reality were devastated. As I struggled to find a way forward, a friend encouraged me to join her at Jazzercise in Lakewood Ranch. From the moment I walked through the door, owner and instructor Shari welcomed me with warmth and compassion. She respected my need for privacy while I navigated the grief and trauma my family was experiencing.
This is by far the best overall exercise, strength, cardio and all around workout you can get!! Instructors are amazing. It’s not same routine every time which keeps it fresh! I will be a forever jazzercise girl!! Just love it!!! And if you don’t think you can keep up there is low impact classes and stretch classes which are also outstanding!!!
