Good care, short wait, follow-up plan, direct diagnosis, encouragement.
Today I cut myself by a broken sauce bottle, very deeply, while making dinner. So I didn’t have any time to put a jacket on, I grabbed my ID and an insurance card and ran outside to the urgent care. An urgent care didn’t admit me because they don’t take an Apple Pay, And they wouldn’t treat me without A co-pay. I asked if I could be billed later, but that wasn’t an option. My hand was bleeding so hard that I even left a blood mark on their countertop. I was rejected to be helped without a $25 co-pay. Would you want to be treated in this kind of place if There is an emergency?
I'm writing this review in order to inform the management and prompt action should be taken. I've been going to this office for several years and have never encountered such rudeness before. A few days ago, I started feeling unwell and woke up with a sore throat. I had a dentist appointment that day, and he noticed my throat is red and advised me to see a doctor. I went to this office. A nurse examined me and also agreed that my throat was red. She took a test. When the doctor arrived, she said my throat was "normally red." I told her it hurts, and she stated that it was allergies.
