Put me on hold to see how much an appointment costs
What a terrible place, so dirty and unprofessional. I got a blood test on May 13th, and now it’s June 26th. No one gets back to me at all. I kept calling and every time, they told me the doctor will call you back either Tuesday or Thursday, but no one ever call me back. I ask them to email me the results. They said they couldn’t do it before the doctor explained to me. Please skip this place. It’s really horrible!!!
First time in everyone was friendly. Dr Salib was nice, polite and thorough, promised to see me on Sundays but never saw him again. Next appointment after waiting in the room a long time, the PA came in and was reading my results for the first time. Couldn’t even tell me what my blood results meant. They wanted me to return in 30days for another blood test, after telling me true results show in 90 days.
