Nail Ha'ven

BE CAREFUL when booking here. My sister is a regular customer who comes here frequently and genuinely likes their work, which makes this even more disappointing. She brought me in as a new customer! I was stuck in traffic coming from Queens, so she canceled my appointment as soon as she arrived. Later, the owner said she would charge her card $50 unless I got my nails done. Fine—I agreed to a gel manicure. But then she REFUSED to let me choose that service and insisted I still had to get/pay $55 for the hard gel service originally booked. Then what is the cancellation fee even for?!

I honest wish I could give a lower star, Extremely disappointed in this place.. however, I should have left after the first red flag! Which was when Hannah’s brother did my nails. He was trying to twist my hand In a possession that the human hand does not go, and he was noticeable getting upset with me when I couldn’t twist my hand in that way, he proceeded to aggressively positioned my hand in the most unnatural way ever. So, as you could imagine, I never went back to him and started going to Willam, who at first thought was better….

Everyone in this place is super helpful and friendly. Loved the whole vibe, so warm and welcoming. Would recommend making appointments, walked in @10 and people were already there. My daughter loved her prom nails and so did everyone else!
