This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I was cut on my big toe and bled. I’m praying I don’t get an infection or ingrown toenail from this. My toenails are so short and uneven now too. Absolutely do not recommend this place. All the reviews said how clean and great they are but that is not the experience we had. Also, we booked with a specific person and got totally different people when we got there!

Paid in advance plus tip($195) for my super sweet mother in law to enjoy a manicure & pedicure on her birthday. She arrives & no one has any idea who she is and which service she has an appointment for. She was told the person she has an appointment with is already busy and had to wait 15mins for someone else to help her. Now I’ve called several times to clarify & confirm that indeed she will be in good hands. This is especially disappointing after I texted the manager what happened expressing our unpleasant surprise and Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai didn’t even bother to respond.
