I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Bobby. Going through an intervention for a loved one is an incredibly emotional and overwhelming process, and having someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced guiding us made such a difference. He is extremely smart and has a great sense of humor —which honestly helped make a very difficult situation feel a little less heavy. Most importantly, he was incredibly kind and knew exactly how to communicate with my loved one in a way that was honest, respectful, and effective.

Bobby Nicholl was recently my son's interventionist; my son had been going through addictive behaviors and also mental issues. We were actually at our wits end not knowing where to turn, fortunately we were put in contact with Bobby and he was very instrumental in guiding us through this very emotional process, he assisted us and guided us through the maze of insurance, through the maze of finding a proper place for the detox and residential portion of the treatment, he has also been very instrumental in guiding us through sober living situations that will be available to my son.

Update 6/22/26: I previously shared how Bobby successfully persuaded my loved one to accept treatment, but I am writing this second review because his dedication goes far beyond the initial intervention. Bobby truly understands that getting into a facility is just the first step. Throughout my loved one's time in treatment, he remained deeply involved, closely tracking her progress and checking in constantly. Whenever we reached out with questions or anxieties, he answered with endless patience and support.
