Oakmont of Concord

We were looking at moving my dad and his wife into Oakmont's memory care community as a couple in which one spouse required the memory care services while the other did not. We worked closely with Marci to find a way to make that happen. She and her staff were amazing. They were warm, caring, responsive, and went out of their way to help us with logistics. In the end, we could not make it work due to other health issues, but we are sincerely grateful for Marci and would highly recommend Oakmont for the care of their loved ones.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Memory care is never easy, and situations can arise in any community when residents have varying cognitive abilities and care needs. What truly matters is how a community responds when challenges occur. I recently had the opportunity to participate in a meeting with the leadership team at Oakmont after a concern was raised by a family I had referred. I was extremely impressed with Executive Director San Sor and the entire team.

I had the opportunity to visit Oakmont , and I was immediately impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the building is; the environment feels welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for the residents. What stood out the most to me, however, was the exceptional work of the Activities Director, Jewels, who has a natural ability to connect with the residents in a genuine and meaningful way, clearly showing how much she cares about their well-being, happiness, and overall quality of life.
