Absolute best haircut (Arsen) and color (Jess). Everything was perfect, especially the massage washing chair and the warmed cape. Cannot wait to return
I first got my hair coloured in July by Arsen and went back today for a touch up. Jennifer was very sweet and noted what Arsen had put down for my hair color and put the product on my hair. It was not the right color but terribly dark. And when I complained the receptionist claimed it was the exact same color and Arsen was not available to help, and declined to tell me what color had been used. ( He was in the salon). Arsen is the owner of this small business and it would do him well to be attentive to all customers. There are plenty other salons to try. Am disappointed with this place
I really liked the atmosphere here. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and the service was handled with care. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
