I came because of the reviews. Now I completely understand why everyone keeps talking about this place. They earned every single star.
When you think of memory care you think of activities. Moved my mother here because the last place just sat her infront of a TV. Big shout out to Luna. She is so animated and upbeat, the residents are always engaged. She has a true calling for people like my mom. Katonya communicates very well, any concerns (not many) are addressed in a timely fashion. Nick is also a great addition. I am certain my mother has a crush! He is so sweet and caring towards my mom who at times is not the most pleasant person. Thank you all for taking great care of my mother!
Very engaging and friendly staff. Wonderful care being provided for the residents. Samantha also does a great job of being a great referral partner and networking guru. We always enjoy supporting PBMC Sherry R.
