This place is great! I recently started going to this dental office, and I’m already impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is the first dental office I’ve been to where they actually show you what’s going on with your teeth and gums, explain all the measurements, and track your progress over time. From deep cleanings to follow-up visits, they provide actual data showing how your teeth and gums are improving. They don’t just clean your teeth and send you on your way.
I started coming to this dental clinic two years ago, and I haven’t had nearly as many dental problems since. I absolutely love this place! Everyone is very professional, the clinic is always clean, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The dental care itself was fine, the dentist was nice, but the administrative handling is unacceptable. I was recently notified that my insurance was never billed at an appointment two years ago. I notified them that I paid for that appointment on the day of—even though they should have billed my insurance. They didn't bother to look into it. The office was demanding payment for a balance caused by their own billing oversight and only stopped when I sent them my 2 year old credit card statement showing that I did in fact pay. They gave no explanation or anything.
