Very nice staff . Everyone is so friendly and kind . They love to help others in need and are not selfish.
It is asafe clean senior center. Lots of activities to do. The seniors are well taken care of.
This place should be ashamed. Management is the worst (turn-over is ridiculous), staffs gossip, when you enter to visit your loved ones (front desk notifies everyone - so they jump into action to do what they are suppose to do), bugs, nickle and dime residence on menu, terrible elevators (always breaks down), over charge on laundry, house cleaning is terrible (use cheap cleaning products), and god forbid, if your loved one falls (they will make sure you will have more care , just so they can make more money) and lastly they charge TRAY service of $7.00. I was always on top of them!!!
