Dr. Shell is the PCP for both my wife and myself. We are quite particular about medical professionals, and Dr. Shell is exceptional; we were both comfortable with her from our first consultation, and with every engagement, our confidence in her increases. In addition to coordinating our medical care, she is also working with both of us to baseline and track our overall health, and from this information, working on improving our diet, providing targeted supplementation, identifying food allergies and incompatible medications, any chronic infections or conditions, and evaluating mold exposure.
Loved meeting with Dr. Shell! She is so knowledgeable and going through my bloodwork with her felt like a breeze. She made everything so easy to understand and set up 90 day goals for me to hit. Way better than any other doctor I’ve seen in the past. So worth it.
