Favorite gym in Austin!

Have asked multiple times to cancel my membership - have been ignored or told “ we will get back to you” numerous times and I keep getting charged. Nobody will help me or refund me…. Not sure why this is such a task.

Been at squatch for years. Went everytime I visited atx for work. Got a membership when I moved to Austin full time. Over the past few months one of their employees juan harassed the heck out of me and my girl friends . He’d follow me around getting super close with a mop and bucket despite the gym being empty, after I moved he followed me. he made my girl friend so uncomfortable she stopped going to the gym all together. Dirty looks and make me check in multiple times per visit. When I confronted him about it he said nothing was wrong, so I asked him to be more professional.
