Don’t sign a membership! Josh was a good therapist and provided a good service, but there was never more than 1 employee at a time and several times the doors were locked and closed during business hours. I tried to cancel my membership in November and they continued to charge my credit card for months. I disputed the charges and they deny receiving my cancellation and have charged me again. The employees might have been nice, but the business is a fraud. Never meet a manager or owner and from calling the corporate number it appears this is a franchise.
Signed up at the end of February, they scheduled my second appointment for me the next week. I showed up and the doors were locked and the lights off . Tried calling and even went back later in the day to find the doors were still locked and lights off. No one ever called me or let me know what happened. Tried calling the next day and even emailing them. I received a response from the franchise that they are independently owned, and I need to reach out to the business directly.
Made an appointment I show up and no one's there I wait 20 minutes no one shows up and they ignored my calls
