I am lucky to partner with Heritage to care for some of their residents. What you will notice is the hominess when you walk in. What I love about the community the most is how active it is. There's always something fun going on for both Assisted Living and Memory Care. They keep residents engaged and involved. You won't find anyone sitting in a wheelchair, left unattended. The staff care and advocate for their residents.
I am a resident at the Heritage (for three years now) and we have the best staff in town! The workers are like family to us and we like to cut up and have FUN! The food is really good and they have wonderful desserts which I really like. There is always something going on and we all have a good time together. I would highly recommend the Heritage at Twin Creeks to anyone.
I love the services at Heritage! They have a fabulous activity program for both Assisted living & the memory care! There’s always something to do! The staff is always welcoming & kind from the moment you walk in! They also have an amazing chef! Would highly recommend this place to call home for your loved one!
