I did a tour here with the marketer, Jordyn. Immediately I was greeted by the front desk lady and residents getting ready to play bingo. It is very clean and smells so good. The community is bright, inviting, and full of smiling faces. Not to mention the rooms are very spacious and very homey feeling.
I stepped into the Ivy Of Mckinney, not knowing really what assisted-living was about, but after meeting the sales Director jordyn I feel a lot more comfortable making my decision about a place for my dad. I will say that the experience I had here was a little bit different than the other communities. I stopped by just because the residence and staff seem to be so connected. Jordyn & Paula gave me a lot of knowledge not just about the ivy but about senior living in general which I needed in order to make a better decision in the future for my family.
I met with Jordyn in Sales and marketing last week. It's such a lovely community for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Mary is at the front desk and knows all the residents, their families and anyone else who stops by. A real hometown feel.
