Dr. El-Shaer had supplied first rate and compassionate medical care, but they have since abandoned their patients, disappeared, leaving a host of billing errors in their wake. They also stopped renewing prescriptions, forcing me to find another provider so as to continue my needed treatment.

I went in for a colonoscopy a few weeks ago , I can’t get my results . The voicemail at the office says the place is closed because of unseen circumstances, theres no way to leave a message. Not sure what to do

I went in for a routine colonoscopy and now I am dealing with bills from both the lab & anesthesiologist. Apparently, they didn't take my insurance (BCBS) and I was never notified of this. Only found out after the routine preventative procedure. I feel this was very unprofessional and I will now be changing practices. Very disappointed. If you do decide to go here, make sure both lab & anesthesiologist are covered before they knock you out the day of. I have been trying to reach their office too, and it never goes through. I just did 5 times today and the call drops.
