Waypoint Direct Primary Care

I didn't even know Direct Primary Care existed until recently, but after years of dealing with both the VA and private insurance for my primary care, I wish I had found it sooner. It's not a replacement for insurance, but it's a great supplement to what I already have. Dr. Frank has been great. He takes his time, actually listens, and is incredibly easy to reach when I have a question or concern. I never feel rushed, and I appreciate that he's open to discussing different treatment options.

A completely new doctor experience. If your appointment is for 1:00, your appointment starts at 1:00, not 1:20. Then your time with the doctor is up to one hour. One hour of undivided attention. If you don't need an hour, that's ok, but you have the doctor for an hour. Lastly, Dr. Frank will give you options as ot relates to your treatment. He will tell you what he recommends and let you decide. I like that. Highly recommend Dr. Frank.

I've lived in Pensacola my entire life, the last 15 years I've been searching for a doctor to just help me... I finally found Dr. Frank. The words to describe how grateful I am to have found him escape me. I thank God everyday for it. He's kind, professional and ***HAS A PUPPY!!!! (edited 2 months later to include Dobby because he is an essential part of the office now, also, 2 months visiting Dr. Frank and I'm still thrilled.)*** If you're looking for a doctor that reminds you of what doctors WERE back in the day, he's your guy. Dr. Frank is simply the best.
