Bad service.i ordered stuff from them on sale and they didn’t send it and after a week they said it’s out of stock, i said then i will wait till u get it back in the stock, he said that is not an option
Manicures here are always good but Saida is the best! She was super thorough and got really close to my cuticle. Only complaint is that I don’t love their polish selection. But she did really outstanding, there isn’t a single spot of my nail without polish.
08.08 I booked a gel manicure with hard gel online and paid $55 upfront to receive confirmation. My appointment was originally scheduled for 6 PM, as I planned to visit after finishing work. However, a few hours later, I received an email notifying me that my appointment was changed to 5 PM—one hour earlier—without any prior notice. They did not call, text, or try to inform me in any other way. I was surprised and disappointed that they made such a change without consulting me.
